If you made a purchase from your Apple device, you went through the Apple store. First of all, please check if you have received an email from Apple confirming this purchase and if your bank account has been debited for this purchase.
If this is the case, you can try to restore this purchase. To do so, from your iPad/iPhone, launch the Funbridge application and go to the Store, then to the Discover our offers tab.
At the bottom of this window, you will see a "Restore" link. Click on it, and fill in your iTunes credentials if you are asked to do so. Once the operation is done, close the application and restart it.
This operation will unlock your purchase and it will be credited to your Funbridge account. If the problem persists, please send us a copy of your purchase invoice as an attachment.
