It often happens that our customers create several accounts by mistake without realizing it, and therefore cannot find their purchases because they are not on the right account. That's why it's very important when you're looking for your purchases to make sure you're logged in and with the right account.
To change your Funbridge account, launch Funbridge and go to the "my account" button from the menu. Then go to "change account", then to "Use an existing account". Finally, log in with your login information (email address/username and password) to find your account.
Don't hesitate to report the problem to us, so that we can eventually find your purchases on the right account and delete the accounts that don't belong.
