I already have an account, but I can't find my login information (e-mail address, password, nickname).

You don't remember your password, but you know your username or the e-mail address of your account

On the identification window, click on the link "I forgot my password". This will open a window that asks you to enter your account's email address or username.

Click the submit button, and you will be emailed a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder for it.

You no longer have access to your email address and wish to change it

You can change your e-mail address in the "My account" menu, in the "Connection information" section.

Click on the "E-mail" field and enter your new e-mail address. To validate this modification, you will have to enter your password and click on the Validate button.

You don't remember which e-mail address and which nickname you used to create your account
